We ship orders from Melbourne via SHIPPIT through e-Parcel (Australia Post), Couriers Please and Aramex Couriers with a tracking number provided to you when order is despatched.

Orders are despatched within 3 days, but usually next day.

Please note: When International orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Unfortunately we cannot control Customs or Quarantine and it is a legal requirement for every country to go through this process. You, the customer, are responsible for assuring that the products you have ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
